"Not at all," he told Britain's Metro newspaper when asked if his Queen duties had made his own career difficult. "I was concerned it might at first but it's been fine. Sia: The songs from my new album were rejected by everyone else
Sia's new album is comprised of numerous tunes that were rejected by major pop stars.
The 39-year-old Australian songstress, who is behind hits like Chandelier, wrote a tune called Alive with Adele for the British singer's forthcoming LP.
However, Adele didn't want the song, which led Sia to repurpose the track.
'We wrote three songs in two days and none of them made the cut, and [Alive] was one of them,' she revealed to Ryan Seacrest during an interview on his radio programme. 'I said to her, 'Do you mind if I pitch it to, let's say, Rihanna?' She said, 'Yeah, but can you take my vocal off it because I don't want my vocal floating around out there on a demo.' And I was like, 'Sure.' So I went and recut the vocal and everybody in my life was like, 'You can't give this away to anybody.'

Minnie Driver: I could have been as big as JLo!
Minnie Driver thinks she could have been as big as Jennifer Lopez if she made a different choice.
The 45-year-old star is most famous for her acting roles and she won an Oscar nomination for her part in 1997 movie Good Will Hunting.
However, Minnie also has a successful music career, which isn't as well publicised.
'It's so annoying,' Minnie told the San Francisco Examiner. 'So many people don't know [about my music]. I think it's because I never took [producer] Tommy Mottola up on his offer of becoming a big superstar, but not being able to write any of my own material at Sony. Then, I basically would have been Jennifer Lopez!'
